Welcome to our home at Majorstuen. The apartment has a very attractive and central location in Majorstuen, right by Bogstadveien. The area offers most of what Oslo West can offer; wide range of services, hiking opportunities and close to the hub for public transport. With Oslo's best shopping street just around the corner and proximity to a variety of restaurants and cafes, there is something for everyone. Perfect for a couple or a small family who wants to spend a few days in the middle of the city. The space The apartment was completely renovated in 2018, and newly painted in 2021. Large window surfaces and high ceilings provide airy and comfortable rooms. Bedrooms The master bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. There is also a small guest room with a sofa bed that can be folded out to 180X200 cm. In the guest room there is currently a desk and chair. This can be removed if the sofa bed is to be used. Both bedrooms face the quiet backyard. Bed linen included. Living room/kitchen Fully equipped kitchen with integrated appliances from quality suppliers. Open living room and kitchen solution. Social sofa group with TV and fireplace. Internet and cable TV included. Bathroom/laundry area Nice and well-maintained bathroom from 2018, with toilet, sink and shower niche. A washing machine is located in the niche in the hallway. In the niche there is also a drying rack, ironing board and iron. Guest access Parking Unfortunately, there is no parking space included, but there is street parking outside the apartment for a fee, as well as some parking garages in the area. For the active, there is bicycle parking in the backyard. Other things to note This is our private apartment where we usually live, and there will therefore be some personal items in the apartment. Of course, we will clear away so that you can fit your things, but something must of course remain. We hope you have a nice stay with us!
