Villa Espirales, quiet seaside with pool

Welcome to this peaceful space by the sea! We are pleased to welcome you to Villa Espirale, a unique place in Puerto due to its design, spirit and location, a 4-minute walk from the beach. Come as a couple, with family or friends to spend a relaxing time in the heart of nature, 5 minutes from the La Punta area by car, and enjoy 2 luxurious bedrooms with king size bed and private bathroom as well as 1 equipped kitchen. Relax in our pool with sea view. The space the accommodation is original due to its circular shape. this allows you to enjoy a great view of the sea and the nature that surrounds us. the house consists of 2 very spacious bedrooms with king size bed (1 on the ground floor and 1 upstairs). each bedroom has its own bathroom which allows you to maintain great privacy if you come with several couples or family. the main room is ultimately the covered terrace now (since June 2023) completely by a pergola. This allows you to fully protect yourself from the sun. the pool is drop-shaped and follows the circular shape of the house. the downstairs bedroom is closed and has air conditioning. the upstairs bedroom is open to the outside in front of the bed which allows you to enjoy breathtaking views and breathe the sea air. the roof is made of traditional palapa and allows the upper room to be ventilated. the kitchen is downstairs and is semi-open. You can cook with sea views. It contains everything you need. Guest access You access the villa via the Zicatela Cinema Road. If you need a taxi, please let us know so we can make the reservation for you. Warning! The last portion of the road to the villa is a dirt road. Other things to note - The villa is not for people wishing to organize parties. - We have the best internet in Puerto because we have Starlink, satellite internet with uninterrupted connection and very high speed. - No large stereo systems. - In order to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood, we do not accept too much noise after 10pm. - No jumping into the pool from the balcony upstairs. - Warning! In the upstairs bedroom, there is no window on the central part. The idea is to live the experience of being as close to nature as possible. - We are a 12-minute drive to the Chedraui supermarket. If you don't have a car, we recommend you go shopping there via one of our taxi contacts. It is also possible to order groceries through a delivery service that we have the contact for. The best thing is to go shopping when leaving the airport, then come to the villa afterwards. - The water is not drinkable in Puerto. - The villa is located in an area surrounded by nature and respecting the ecosystem. Sometimes and during certain periods, there are insects and reproductions of certain species, so you can enjoy the songs of wild animals.
