The Nest @Jen's Hen House

Only a 5 minute walk to the train to downtown Denver, this queen bedroom & private detached bath in a beautifully updated suburban home is located in a quiet cul de sac right by the scenic Eastlake Park & Nature Preserve. You will find yourself centrally located between the Airport, Boulder, Denver, & more. You're welcome to relax in the spacious common living area or if the weather's nice, outdoors in a hanging chair! Must be ok with dogs, we have 2 Pugs. The space Free street parking, blazing fast Wifi, access to shared kitchen and all accouterments, living room, laundry facilities, and backyard. There is also a TV in the bedroom with streaming services and a large digital movie collection. Guest access Booking includes use of a private bedroom and private detached bathroom. You are welcome to share the kitchen, dining, and main level living areas with us while you are here. Laundry can be done in the basement laundry room. And we have a great backyard space you welcome to come hang out in too. During your stay We are usually available to meet you when you arrive, but flexible check in is available if needed. As it is a shared living space, we are often around if you have any questions or needs while your here. Other things to note We have two very friendly Pugs, they do not access the private bedroom unless you let them, but do have the run of the rest of the house. You must expect some interaction with them if you are to stay here. Also, hey it's Colorado, we get it! We're 420 friendly, we just ask that you limit any smoking activities to the back yard.
