To be cleared, you will have all four rooms, with a 2.7 cu refrigerator in each room, a common area with coffee maker, water boiler for tea (sugar, creamer and coffee provided) and the microwave. Also, a 12ft x 8fr porch with table and 2 chair + a swingasan. NO kitchen, NO laundry, the tap water in Fairfax is safe to drink from the sink. So no bottle water will be provided. There is my music room that if you like to use as family room for gathering, eating together, with no AC, but a fan, it’s located right across the staircase on the first level. Remember my husband and I live on the lower level of the house. And there is BBQ on the lower porch that you can use but please buy your own gas tank. Since the zoning prohibits any cooking’s devices on the second level, you would have to come downstairs to make your coffee, tea or using the microwave. Sorry for the inconvenience. Also Browny and Bear, 2 adored dogs are living with us. Other things to note Street parking from 5:00pm to 8:00 am and weekends.
