Tutukaka Tikoke is a beautiful, modern hilltop home just outside of the Tutukaka Village. Overlooking the Eastern horizon you will be greeted by beautiful sunrises most mornings. Turn South East and you will catch the azure blue of the Tutukaka Harbour nestled in between rolling green and Pohutukawa coloured headlands. Look West off the private back deck and an expanse of valleys and forest covered hills lay beneath your feet, with dynamic and ever changing sun sets to treat your senses. The space This home has everything you need for an amazing holiday on the Tutukaka Coast. A short drive to most beaches and scenic walks nearby to enjoy the visual delights of green and blue coastal cliffs. Tutukaka Village is just down the road with places to eat and shop or just wander around and chat to the friendly locals. Check out the boats in the marina or head down to the Game Fish Club around 5pm and watch the big fish caught that day getting weighed in. Unlimited Wi-Fi and a big TV for any rainy days as well as an extra TV in bedroom 1 to tuck the kids up with a movie while the parents have a drink on the back deck. There's ample space for entertaining and the kitchen is well appointed with all you will need to cook up a storm. Help yourself to the vege garden up the North West steps to add some fresh herbs, lettuce or tomatoes to your summer salads. There's an incredible garden down the front of the house that you are free to explore, take some cuttings or pick a fresh bunch of flowers to decorate your table. 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and a single pull out available and one bedroom with bunks and a trundle. the bunks can be turned into two singles if you would prefer. We have a trampoline available which we can keep up by the house or move down into the front garden out of the way and a ping pong table to set up if you're keen for a family tournament. This home is child safe, but toddlers will need to be supervised outside as it is not fully fenced. Big main bathroom and an ensuite off the main bedroom. Port-a-cot available on request.
