Hi Spec 2 bedroom Annexe - close to coastal path

My purpose built and high specification annexe is in a quiet position and just a couple of minutes walk to the coastal path mid way between Goodrington and Broadsands beaches. Fully fitted kitchen, high speed broadband, wi-fi and a fully fitted bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor heating throughout are all included. Nearby local shops (10 minutes walk). No smoking please and no pets. High chair and cot available on request. The space This is a modern, comfortable annexe with underfloor heating throughout from an air-sourced heat pump. The 1st bedroom has a King size bed. The 2nd bedroom can be configured as either a double with Super King bed or a twin with 2 single beds. Guest access We are right on the coastal road with easy access to Brixham, Paignton and Torquay and also right on the Coastal Path (through a private gate) with access to Goodrington, Broadsands and other beaches and coves. Other things to note All linen is provided including towels for use in the annexe and also beach towels (on request). High chair and cot (bottom sheet only) available on request. I have a motion-activated security camera at the back door of the main house which points towards the annexe and captures arrivals and departures from the annexe. This does not record continuously but is motion activated. Recordings are deleted regularly.
