Nice room with private bathroom in a 4-room apartment ideally located in the very center, with a terrace overlooking the rooftops of Bordeaux as well as a secure parking space. Our apartment offers all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Close to restaurants and local shops, it is easily accessible by city buses. The apartment has Wi-Fi and linen is provided. The space Very well equipped, decorated and recently renovated, the apartment is located in a residence with elevator. It offers the following services: - A beautiful living room shared with the occupant of the apartment and her son. This room has a TV area, a desk, a dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes: fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and many kitchen utensils. - Panoramic terrace with barbecue - A large private bedroom with a double bed 140, a TV and storage spaces. - A bathroom with double sink and bathtub reserved for you. - Separate toilet. During your stay, we will provide you with the necessary bath and bed linens, as well as basic consumables that can be used during your stay (necessary for cooking, coffee, tea, paper towels...) Since the space is shared, we will ask you to be respectful, tidying up after yourself and not making too much noise. Guest access Once the car is parked in the parking lot, you can discover Bordeaux on foot. We are in the golden triangle of Bordeaux, which offers you a privileged location. It will take 7 minutes on foot to reach the Grands Hommes, 4 minutes to Place Gambetta, and 10 minutes to Place de la Comédie. During your stay If you have any questions, I remain available before, during and after the stay on Airbnb chat or by SMS/WhatsApp. Other things to note We do not accept single men in the rental but only couples or women. As the room is private, we will ask you to respect the premises by not making too much noise and tidying up after yourself. In winter, we bring in the terrace furniture to prevent it from being damaged, when you rent the house, you can use everything you need, we will just ask you to store the equipment once used. Check-in is until 8 p.m. In case of late arrival, we ask for a surcharge when the keys are handed over, which amounts to: - €10 for check-in from 8 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. - €20 for check-in from 9:30pm to 12:00am
