This large villa has a unique garden in a very quiet neighborhood close to the center of Copenhagen. The space The house has plenty of room for a family. In the basement there is 1 toilet, creative workshop, laundry and entrance. There are 2 good rooms with room for 4 (5) people: 1) Master bedroom on the 1st floor with double bed. Direct access to bathroom. 2) Children's room on the 1st floor with large loft. The bed on the loft is 140 X 200. You have to climb up a ladder to use the loft. In addition, there is a bed of 80*175 cm. so it can sleep 3 people. From the ground floor you have direct access to a lovely terrace and garden. The garden is fenced, so the dog can run freely around the garden. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Other things to note No parties are allowed in the house. If you have a dog with you, the dog must not lie on the sofa or beds. Cleaning must only be done outside.
