Private room in the house in Waldperlach

The large room and bathroom with shower/toilet for exclusive use are located on the top (second) floor of our house. A very special flair and also an excellent view of the countryside from the highest point of the house. The residential area is a quiet area of Munich. The space To the left in front of the window front is a round table (extendable as a work table) with 2 chairs, in front of it a rocking chair. On the right side, the double bed (2 mattresses of 90 × 200 cm). Through the free gable window you have an impressive view of the starry sky (no blinds and curtains). Guest access Room, shower room and staircase. During your stay We give our guests information on how to find their way to Munich city center and the nearby shops and restaurants. Other things to note Please take off your shoes in the entrance area.
