Welcome to the Fun House that offers facilities for vacationing or business due to its proximity to the airport, local restaurants, clubs, tourist attractions and 15 minutes from the most amazing beaches in Cancun. The fun starts with a pool table, dart board, game boards, private patio for picnic, internet, all tvs with Netflix, YouTube. 2 bedrooms fully furnished with AC , night tables night lamps with charger connection and an open closet, the living room has AC, and a sofa bed. The space The property is located in a private complex within Residencial Las Americas which adds a safety and security during your stay. It is easy to park a car in the yard or by the sidewalk in front of the house. The house has 2 rooms equipped with AC, double beds, bedside tables with bed lamps an charger plugs for the phones, an open closet beach style, 32-inch screen TVs with Netflix YouTube, The living room has AC, double sofa bed and a 32-inch screen with Netflix and you tube. The modern dining room is for 6 people and is complemented with services for 6 people located in the kitchen cabinet. (and can be use also as a study area or for business desk). The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots and pans, as well as the outdoor barbecue equipment. The games area has a pool table, magnetic darts with a double reversible board, board games, jenga, cards and other multiple games. The backyard features a charcoal grill and a 6 person picnic table. Guest access Access during the day is given by a doorman to the private, during the night remote control is used, you can use the basketball court or the park at the end of both points of the private. Other things to note I do not provide Iron or hair dryer for safety reasons and if you bring your own please ensure to unplugged it after been used to avoid any fire hazards
