Modern beach house! Close to Copenhagen yet on the beach! Perfectly located in a safe neighborhood, well connected to the airport (8 min) and City Centre (15 min) by metro. Ideal for families with kids. Huge private rooftop, garden, terrace. Ground: kitchen, living room, toilet. 1st floor: bedroom, two kids' rooms, bathroom. Basement: bedroom, washer/dryer. The space Bright and modern townhouse in three levels. Lots of luxury amenities and entertainment. Ground level contains a kitchen, living room, and toilet. The first level features a master bedroom, two kids' rooms, and a spacious bathroom with a shower. The basement includes a bedroom and a separate room with a washing machine and dryer. On top of the house, there is a huge private rooftop, and in front of the house, there is a small private garden with a terrace and grill. Both the rooftop and garden receive sun from early morning until late evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, etc. The TV corner features a large sofa, table, and a 50" flatscreen TV with Sonos surround sound. It includes a full cable TV package (including all sports, kids, and news channels) SkyShowtime, Disney+, HBO Max and Netflix. Both the master bedroom and the basement bedroom have flat-screen TVs with cable TV. The basement has a washing machine and dryer that you can use for free. There is free 1000mb Wi-Fi throughout the entire house. The apartment has floor heating but no air conditioning. The apartment is ideal for 4 adults and 2 kids but can easily accommodate up to 6 adults with a double airbed in one of the kids' rooms. Guest access You can access all areas of the house, except for our storage room. Feel free to use the condiments, but we kindly request that you refrain from taking any leftover foods and beverages that we have left behind. We take great care of our house and expect you to do the same during your visit: Please remove your shoes inside. Kindly refrain from playing loud music after 22:00. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
