Artist home/ creative art appartement

Located next to the highway, 10 min walk to downtown, 5min walk to mega city, shops and small restaurants inside the estate, highly secure place since 30% of my neighbors are policemen and the estate has 24/7 watchmen and security. The estate is simple but well maintained with waste management and gardeners. Many families live here and free parking is provided. I am a visual artist doing paintings, drawings, art installations and interior design. In my art I include nature and recycling. The space It's a very comfortable place,where the living room can also be used as additional bedroom with 2 matresses serving as sofa.
