A light and airy, cosy bedroom and private bathroom in a ground floor apartment. Located close to the Mall, Cribbs Causeway (2 minute drive or 15 minute walk), with excellent bus links to the city centre of Bristol. Looking for long term guests in 2024. Will have access to kitchen and lounge, including fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven and hob. Guests will mostly have the place to themselves - owner returning some weekends, will communicate this. The space Bedroom has a double bed (can be made into single bed if preferred), dressing table and large chest of drawers. Hooks on back of door. Bathroom has toilet, sink, heated towel rail, bath with shower over. Long term stays: open plan kitchen and lounge area with two sofas, TV with freebies, dining table with 4 chairs, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob. Guest access Short term stays: bedroom and bathroom. Long term stays: bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and lounge. During your stay I will be available throughout your stay and will be using the rest of the apartment. Do not hesitate to ask any questions! Other things to note PLEASE NOTE - WEEKDAY SHORT STAYS (unless school holidays) are for working guests with later check in and earlier check out times, due to my own work commitments. This means check in will be 5.30pm and check out at 7.30am. Thank you. I have a small dog, that does not moult but does love people. You cannot use the kitchen and lounge but can store food in the fridge. This is different for long term stays starting in 2024. Full access and normal check in and check out times.
