Bedroom 2 with 2 sets of single over double bunks beds (4 beds!) and smart TV Bonus cot is tucked away in the closet. Main Floor has the Livingroom with 65" smart TV and Bluetooth sound bar for evening movies/music. Many board games are also available on the bookshelf. All smart Tvs have access to Netflix/Amazon Bright, fully stocked kitchen with all appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, kettle, fridge with filtered water & ice maker and coffee maker. Basic necessities such as salt and pepper, coffee, tea, sugar, etc. are stocked in the pantry for your convenience. Full-size dining table with large bay window seating. Private yard is located off the kitchen with a covered outdoor area amd hot tub. Ground Floor has 1 large bedroom with a queen bed, Full washer & dryer inside the closet doors. The ground floor also has a Rec room with Foosball, darts and a Futon couch. Mudroom with bench and hooks for all your outdoor gear. Large adjacent heated space for storage of bikes, boards etc. Guest access You will have full access to the townhome except for the garage, one locked closet, and the addition. Other things to note Please remember that you're staying in a house owned by a family, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect and clean up after yourselves. Quiet time of 11pm Smoking outside, please use ashtray provided on back porch. Excellent cell phone reception. Hemlock Valley Road is managed by the Ministry of Transport and mandates that all vehicles carry snow chains during ski season when traveling on this road.
