Located in the heart of the village of Laruns in the Ossau Valley, at the foot of the mountains, this charming terraced house offers breathtaking views of the Pic du Ger. Close to all amenities, just 30 minutes from the Artouste and Gourette ski resorts and 45 minutes from Formigal, it is perfect for large families or for enjoying a vacation with friends. It can accommodate up to 12 people, with pets allowed. Situated in the center of Laruns, you will be near the Laruns market on Saturdays, an Intermarché with a gas station and laundry, a covered municipal swimming pool, the Mountain Spa Institute offering wellness treatments and massages, as well as bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, a bakery, a butcher, a chocolatier, a tourism office, and rentals for mountain bikes, skis, and fronton. There is also a city park and children's play area just a two-minute walk away. A beautiful zip line complex is only 5 minutes away, not to mention the departure points for numerous hikes and canyoning in a stunning setting with potential swimming spots in the streams. You can also taste the delicious cheese from the Ossau Valley sold by the producer at their farm, just a 5-minute walk from the house, where you can enjoy visiting their farm in winter or meet them in the summer pastures. The house has been fully renovated and features central heating with underfloor heating in the living room, dining area, WC, and radiators in the bedrooms and kitchen. A fireplace insert is present, inviting you to relax and create unforgettable moments by the fire! You can request a bundle of 10 logs for an additional charge. The cellar is highly appreciated for its functionality. It also offers a large corner bathtub that can accommodate two people, allowing for a lovely moment of relaxation. The bedrooms are spacious; the first has a 160 cm bed and a 90 cm mattress on the floor, the second has a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm mattress on the floor, and the third has a 140 cm bed and a 120 cm mattress on the floor with an adjoining bathroom featuring a shower. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for two. You have the option to choose a linen and towel service for an additional fee of 20 euros per double bed and 10 euros for a single bed. A beautiful terrace equipped with a table, chairs, and a parasol allows you to dine outdoors with a view of the Pic du Gers. This is followed by a garden with indoor access and a small shed for storing your equipment. A high chair, changing table, bathtub, toys, and a cot will be provided upon request. Cleaning is not included in the rental. It is necessary for the house to be returned in the same clean condition as when it was entrusted to you.
