This Green Point garden appartment is walking distance to the Waterfront, Sea Point and the Promenade. We are a 5 minute drive to the city centre, Clifton & Camps Bay beaches. Open plan living area and bedroom with twin or king bed. An extra bed can be set up in the bedroom for a third person. 1 secure parking for medium sized car. The apartment opens onto a small garden with communal swimming pool and BBQ facility.. The space The apartment is light and airy with open plan living. There is a ceiling fan in the bedroom. The lounge opens on to a communal garden, pool and BBQ where you can enjoy the sunshine. The apartment is in Green Point which is a lovely quiet neighborhood within close proximity to Sea Point, V&A Waterfront, Cape Town Stadium and Cape Town Centre. Table Mountain and the fantastic beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay are only a short drive away. There is secure parking for 1 medium size car. We do have a number of apartments for rent on the property so if this one is not available or if you have a bigger group please let us know as we might be able to accommodate you in the other apartments. Should you require cleaning service this can be arranged at an additional. In case of government power outages/load shedding, we do have battery back up for the WiFi and a load shedding light for each room. We also have a mobile battery where you can plug in your devices like laptop, ipad, cell phone etc. and a single plate gas cooker so that you can do basic cooking. We strongly suggest you take out travel insurance to cover any potential cancellation fees. Ok Guest access You will have access to the whole apartment exclusively.
