We can offer 3 fully furnished apartments for big groups/wedding guests and they can accomodate about 28 guests. They are all family oriented Homestays. We have 3 private fully furnished apartment floors to offer with 3 bedrooms each in the same block (2 FF Apartments and 1 GF Apartment). The space This property will suit - Big Groups travelling - Families who need independent apartments for their guests for Wedding Stay. - Families travelling to/from Manali/Himachal and need a stopover. - Families visiting nearby universities like CGC college, ISB Mohali - Families of patients staying in Fortis/Max/IVY hospitals - Families/Groups travelling for sports tournaments in and around Mohali...!!! Fully furnished just like home away from home. Functional kitchen, power back up, wifi, dinning,washing machine, lounge, bed with comfy mattresses, Geysers, heaters, toiletries provided in bathrooms, 9 Rooms available, dedicated parking space available. Kitchens are fully functional in each apartment and have all kinds of small/ big utensils. Bottled RO Jar drinking water provided (no extra cost) . However, we expect you to maintain Cleanliness during your stay and return the property in tidy conditions. Any accidental damages to the property are chargeable on actual basis. We also live nearby and attend any additional request within 10-15 mins. Apart from this we also have a Seperate Villa available for HALDI/MEHANDI like small event (refer to pics). And catering can also be arranged outside. Please note that any decoration inside the bedrooms is not permitted. Other things to note - The person booking the reservation will be responsible for decoram, cleanliness and completing the check out process on time. - Smoking inside the property is strictly not allowed. One may smoke in the front balcony. - A security deposit has to be submitted. It will be refunded within 24 hrs of check out. - References for Caterers/tents can be provided on request. Maid can be provided on requirement.
