A Relaxing Outdoor Escape: Take a dip in the 60 sqm pool (3–5 ft deep), chill on the roof deck with city skyline views, or relax in the front yard with outdoor seating. • 2 outdoor showers • Plastic outdoor chairs and tables • Big trees for natural shade • Large front yard w/ parking (4-5 cars) Fenced property, secured with CCTV covering its exterior. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, except for the caretaker's area. Caretakers may occasionally pass by the kitchen and pool to reach the bathroom, respecting privacy. Other things to note 1. Our house comfortably sleeps 11 guests with bed sharing. Our maximum capacity is 15. For any guests beyond the first 11, we provide floor mattresses and a queen-size airbed. Please Note: An extra per head fee applies for groups larger than 11 guests, including any day visitors who exceed that total number. 2. Exact location/directions will be shared after booking confirmation. We are about 1 km from Hinulugang Taktak National Park. Food delivery is available via Food Panda or Grab Food. 3. We provide purified drinking water. Please bring your own towels and toiletries.
