The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk away (400 m), and restaurants, bars and cafés are just a minute away (120 m). Cala Molins beach is only a 3-minute walk (270 m). Palma, Mallorca’s capital, and the airport are 67 km away (about 50 minutes by car), on the other side of the island. Pets are not allowed. There are 2 CCTV cameras in the property: one in the living room and one at the top of the stairs. They are not in operation while the house is rented, only during the low season when the house is completely vacant.
