With Copenhagen at its doorstep, my apartment is the perfect base for exploring the city. The flat is ideal for couples, business- and solo travellers alike. The apartment highlights: - located a short walk from the Copenhagen Central station, as well as Tivoli Gardens and the lakes - modern amenities, fully equipped open kitchen, as well as a home office area - own private balcony, as well as own private space on the shared rooftop terrace - plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby The space The apartment consists of 65 square metres of space (46 square meters in the apartment, and the remaining 19 square meters in outdoor space) and features: - a bedroom with a standard double bed (140 x 200 cm) - a spacious and modern bathroom with washing machine and tumble dryer - modern, open space kitchen and living room area, featuring a home office workspace - private balcony (8 m2) with outdoor furniture, where you can enjoy a coffee, if the weather allows it - own private space (11 m2) on the shared rooftop terrace, with great views over the city and the neighbourhood - an awesome location for the New Year's fireworks. - central heating, two coffee machines (both filter and nespresso), dishwasher, guest account on my iMac computer, bluetooth speaker, smart lights. Looking forward to hosting you while in Copenhagen! Guest access My guests will have access to the entire apartment, adjacent balcony, as well as my little private area on the shared rooftop terrace. Other things to note Please note the bed is a standard sized double (140 x 200 cm), but should be able to fit two guests comfortably. Please also note that only our private area on the rooftop terrace can be used, not the whole terrace. The terrace is shared among the building's residents, so each have with their own area on the terrace. Please also keep in mind I might keep some of my personal belongings in the apartment, which I expect my guests to be respectful of.
