Ideal place to enjoy as a couple, family, friends. Perfect for rest, with lots of contact with nature, with incredible ocean views and lots of sun. Our penthouse is very comfortable and has Wi-Fi. It has 3 bedrooms, two of which are en-suites, with a gourmet wing with an American barbecue area, and a direct view of Bahia de Ilha Grande. Come and enjoy authentic experiences, with access to all the services of the Resort, with a swimming pool, sauna, whirlpool, private beach and natural pool. The space In the corner of the island, you will find comfort and excellent service. We have 3 bedrooms, two of which are en-suites, an outdoor gourmet area, and an open kitchen. And from every corner of our duplex, you have an incredible view of Bahia de Ilha Grande. In addition to the beautiful view, you can hear and feel this sea up close. Our rooms are equipped with split air-conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe, and a standard box bed (sommier). We have a suite on the bottom of the duplex and a bedroom with a separate bathroom, and on the top we have another suite. All with a beautiful ocean view. On the upper floor, there is also a living room with a sofa bed, a 55" flat-screen TV, a special corner for your rest and a good cinema. The American kitchen has all the necessary utensils for the comfort of cooking at home (sandwich maker, blender, microwave, etc.), from a delicious breakfast to other meals. attached to a room with a balcony facing the sea, with a compact table for you and your family. The gourmet area is at the top of the duplex, equipped with a barbecue, beer maker, two sinks, dining table, retractable ceiling, shower. A well-lit area where the night is very pleasant to enjoy the sound of the sea, inviting for a good wine or maybe a cold beer. ;) Guest access At Cantinho da Ilha, you can come with your own car. We have two parking spaces available for you and your family. And in case you don't have a car, there is internal transportation, just schedule it. And for those who like to walk, everything is accessible on foot. To get to us, just come towards Angra dos Reis and enter Porto Real Resort as the destination on your GPS. Your personal information will already be at the entrance, and then you just enter paradise!!!!!! The other beach, also called "Prainha," is next to the Marina, has calm waters ideal for children and the elderly, a beautiful lawn to relax, picnic and take amazing photos. - Natural Swimming Pool, our oceanic pool, where you can swim with fish and practice a lot of snorkeling. In the ocean pool, there is a kiosk, shower, a fishing area and a deck for relaxing. - Private club (read the rules regarding COVID-19) with: 2 (two) adjoining pools (adult and children's), dry and steam sauna, playroom, fitness center with complete bodybuilding equipment, SPA (paid separately), restaurant (à la carte), cinema, game room, dressing room with showers, diaper changing room and Wi-Fi. - Courts: 1 multi-sport court, 3 tennis courts and 2 squash courts. - We also have a children's playground and a skate park for the leisure of guests. - Vast wooded area between the buildings. - For your safety and convenience, the condominium offers an outpatient clinic for minor emergencies that operates from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and an internal shuttle service (van) with schedules established by the administration. - The condominium also has a beautiful marina, from where tours to Ilha Grande and the Angra dos Reis Islands depart. There is also a convenience store and a charming restaurant with à la carte dishes, executive dishes and delicious drinks. - Conceição de Jacareí is a shopping center located about 2 km from the condominium, where you can find bakeries, supermarkets and some restaurants. - Other leisure suggestions (not included in the daily rate): boat/launch trips to islands and beaches in the vicinity – More information can be obtained at the Marina, which is located within the condominium. - A floor tile in the first-floor suite is detached. We are arranging for maintenance. - Our penthouse is in a wooded area and near a mountain range, so it has more humidity. - There may be instability in the TV signal, Wi-Fi and power. - We recommend that the guest bring streaming devices to watch TV. - In case of power outage, we provide emergency lights and candles. And the guest must use the stairs. - Our penthouse is on the 5th floor of the block. - Access to the second floor of the penthouse is by spiral staircase. - Some cabinets have temporary handles or none, because we have not yet found the handles in the measure for replacement. - The shutter of the first-floor suite is closing in half light. We are arranging for a replacement. - A wall of the first-floor bedroom has been restored due to an old leak and is white, unpainted.
