Isla Verde's Most Beautiful Ocean Front Condo

Ocean Front! Balcony. Cement tile floors. Updated kitchen & bathroom. Equipped for a beautiful beach vacation. WiFi, 2 big flat screen TV's. Gorgeous view of the ocean and beach. Private balcony. This condo is on the beach and has pool, sports courts, patios, barbeque & picnic area and outside exercise area. We are located just 10 minutes from the San Juan ( SJU) airport. We share same smooth white sand beach with the famous El Juan Hotel and other 5 Star hotels. The space Updated one bedroom Ocean Front with balcony on 15th floor. Guest access Enter building east through security. Take elevator to 15th floor. Get keys from the lock box on the gate door to the apartment. Please Replace Extra set of keys inside lock box on the gate into the condo when departing. A second set of keys to be left inside the apartment in the big cup on the table. Other things to note Please do not loose the keys. Take your keys with you at all times. There is a fob on each set that will be used to access the building, pool and beach. Don't swim with the keys and fob :-) There is a clip on the key chain to clip into your pocket or onto your bathing suite. If you loose the keys or the Fob there will be a $75 charge to replace.
