This space is perfect for families and groups, our home offers a peaceful setting with a large private outdoor space, while being close to beaches, shopping, and top local attractions. The space *Our home is located in a peaceful, charming residential neighborhood and sits on 2.78 acres of private land filled with fruit trees and an herb garden. It’s a space we truly love and enjoy sharing. In the backyard, we have pet chickens in their own chicken house, and they provide fresh, organic eggs daily—a detail many guests appreciate. *The outdoor space is one of the home’s highlights. There’s plenty of room to relax, enjoy your morning coffee under the trees, grill and dine outdoors, or unwind in the evenings around the fire pit. Guests often comment on how much they value the privacy, space, and tranquility of the property. *Inside, the home is comfortable and thoughtfully equipped. It has three spacious bedrooms that comfortably sleep up to seven guests, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and cozy living and dining areas ideal for spending time together. There is also a dedicated workspace with fast Wi-Fi for remote work, along with a washer and dryer for longer stays. *We provide bikes, a kayak, beach chairs, and beach essentials to help you enjoy the area. Free parking is available on the property. The estate includes two adjoining units. You will have full access to the main home. The garage contains a one-bedroom mother-in-law apartment that we use personally or rent separately. The paved front yard is a shared space and includes a grill and fire pit, and guests may occasionally interact with others there. Self check-in is available via lockbox. Door codes, linens, and towels are changed after each stay. There’s no need to make the beds when you leave, just strip any used beds and place the linens in the wash. We are experienced, local hosts and are nearby if you need anything during your stay. We ask that you treat our home with the same care and respect as your own, and we hope it becomes a place where you can truly relax! Guest access You can use the whole house and front yard, grill and tables under the tree, also the bonfire. Other things to note We also have another rental on the property, but the homes are completely separate, ensuring your privacy at all times. .
