This spacious and beautifully finished one-bedroom ground floor apartment sits on a peaceful avenue in Bear Flat—just a scenic 15-minute walk from the city centre and train station. Step outside and you’re surrounded by independent cafes, shops, a gastropub, and even Bath’s top-rated Michelin-recommended restaurant. Inside, the apartment blends period charm with modern comforts, featuring: • A bright sitting room with a bay window, far-reaching views, and a beautiful period fireplace • A large double bedroom at the rear, with an Eve mattress, Soak & Sleep bedding, and its own smart TV • A private entrance accessed via a shared hallway, with easy keyless entry • Step-free living once inside (please note: 5 steps up to the front door) You’ll have full access to the apartment, excluding the basement (used for storage). Parking is easy with a shared driveway and on-street permit options. Perfectly placed in the much-loved Bear Flat area, you’re moments away from: • The Good Bear café • The Bear gastropub with live music • A Michelin-rated restaurant (TripAdvisor’s No. 1 in Bath) • Local convenience store, wine shop, Thai takeaway, and more Whether you’re visiting for a relaxing break or a city escape, this is the ideal base for your stay in Bath. If you're traveling with more than two guests, we will prepare a Jay-Be fold-away bed in the living room for each additional guest. Please note, these beds are available for the third and fourth guests unless otherwise arranged. Additional single beds can be provided at a cost of £20 per bed, which covers the setup and associated laundry costs. We live just a few minutes' walk from the apartment and are always on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Guest access The apartment is accessed through a communal hallway, leading to your private entrance on the ground floor. A keysafe located at the front door holds a key to the building. The flat door has a keypad so no key is required. You will have unrestricted access to the entire apartment, excluding the basement which is used for storage. Please note there are five steps leading up to the front door. The rest of the property is step free. Free parking is guaranteed. You may park on the driveway to the left hand side only. In the unlikely event there is no space please let us know your registration and we will activate a digital permit allowing you to park anywhere along the road. There is also 2 hours free parking on the road should you wish to arrive earlier than check in. Other things to note The first parking space is included in the price. We can offer additional parking for £10/day. If you have booked for three guests, one ‘JayBe’ fold-away bed will be made up in the living area ahead of your arrival. If you have booked for four guests, two fold away beds will be prepared. Additional single beds can be provided at a cost of £20 per bed, which covers the cost of setting them up and associated laundry costs. Thank you for understanding.
