The space This spacious 320 m² cottage is located in a large 400 m² house and is surrounded by a 6,000 m² park with direct access to Lake Barbazan. You will occupy the entire building except for a few storage rooms and service areas. There are actually 2 cottages connected by a corridor that have access to large terraces with a view of the lake and the mountains. The 2 cottages together include: - a 100 m² living room with full windows and access to the terraces. - another 60 m² living room with an open-plan kitchen connected to a terrace - a large independent kitchen - on the ground floor, 5 bedrooms, each with a king-size bed (4 of which can be separated into 2 beds) and 1 bedroom with a single bed - on the 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms, each with a king-size bed (can be separated); you have to step over a beam to enter these 2 bedrooms - 4 shower rooms or bathrooms (including 1 upstairs adjoining a bedroom) - 3 separate toilets + 2 toilets in the shower rooms - 2 relaxation areas on the mezzanine (in the attic) For relaxation, you will find: - 2 connected TVs - 1 TV screen with DVD player - an arcade machine - a catamaran net - for musicians, a handpan and an aqua drum - board games - outdoor games (with a tennis court right next to the cottage) - books... On the terraces: - 2 lounge areas - 2 dining areas - a barbecue and above all, the view of the lake and the surrounding mountains and sometimes visits from swans! The park: there is plenty of space, 6,000 m² entirely bordered by the natural lake of glacial origin, Lake Barbazan. Right next to the cottage, you have free access to a tennis court, a mini-golf course, a ping-pong table, a basketball hoop... You can rent the 2 cottages separately, one for 7 people and the other for 8 people. You can use the entire house except for a few service and storage rooms. Other things to note - A deposit of €500 is requested upon arrival (including at least €300 in cash) with a receipt provided at the front desk. The deposit is returned on the day of departure. - General cleaning is not included in the price. A mandatory fee of €200 will be requested upon arrival.
