The space This spacious 320m² cottage is located in a large house of 400m² and is surrounded by a 6000m² park with direct access to Lake Barbazan. You will occupy the entire building except for a few storage and services. They are actually 2 cottages communicating through a hallway that have access to large terraces with views of the lake and mountains. The set of 2 cottages includes: - a living room of 100m² fully glazed and communicating with the terraces. - another living room of 60m² with US kitchen communicating with a terrace - a large independent kitchen - on the ground floor, 5 bedrooms each with a king size bed (of which 4 can be separated into 2 beds) and 1 bedroom with a single bed - on the 1st floor 2 bedrooms each with a king size bed (separable), you have to cross a beam to enter these 2 bedrooms - 4 bathrooms (including 1 on the floor adjoining a bedroom) - 3 independent toilets + 2 toilets in the bathrooms - 2 relaxing spaces on the mezzanine (attic) For relaxation, you will find, - 2 connected TVs - 1 TV screen with DVD player - an arcade terminal - a catamaran net - for musicians a hand pan and an aqua drum - Board games - outdoor games (with a tennis court right next to the cottage) - Books... On the terraces: - 2 lounge areas - 2 dining areas - BBQ and most importantly, the views of the lake and the surrounding mountains and sometimes the visit of the swans! The park: there is space, 6000 m² entirely bordered by the natural lake of glacial origin of Barbazan. Right next to the cottage, you have free tennis, mini-golf, ping pong table, basketball hoop... You can use the entire house except for a few service and storage rooms. Other things to note - Deposit of €500 requested upon arrival (including at least €300 in cash) against receipt given at reception.
