Ideal for two couples looking for space, a group of friends or a family The space Located in a mini complex of 2 townhouses + 1 apartment, the accommodation has: - 1 air-conditioned suite (adjoining bedroom + SDE) with queen size bed and wardrobe, in the 1st floor, - 1 second air-conditioned suite (bedroom + adjoining SDE) with double bed and wardrobe, on the ground floor, - 1 living room with 2 bunk beds and a sofa, as well as a Smart TV, - 1 kitchen furnished and equipped with bar, stove, oven, fridge, microwave, fruit juice mixer, toaster, coffee maker as well as all basic utensils for cooking (plates, glasses, pots and pans, cutlery, etc.). It also has a private covered veranda with hammock so hosts can make the most of their stay, as well as a small back patio to wash and extend your laundry with privacy. We provide sheets, bath towels as well as kitchen towels. A complete cleaning is done at check-in and checkout, however, before your departure, all garbage cans must be emptied, and dishes as well as cooking utensils (coffee maker, mixer, toaster...) cleaned. If not done, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of 100 Reais. Wifi is free and accessible on the whole property.
