Built in 1916, the house was extensively renovated, modernized and divided into 3 spacious apartments a few years ago. The house can be rented completely as a whole vacation home by a group of 6 to 8 adults. A large table can accommodate up to 8 adults to be cozy together or to celebrate a smaller celebration. As a rule, the apartments are rented individually by independent couples. The very spacious, comfortable apartment OMBRE equipped with a fireplace can be booked by a maximum of 2 adults. The equally spacious and comfortable apartment BLUE can be booked by 1 to 4 adults in 2 separate bedrooms, each with a TV and an additional 2 children staying on a sofa bed. The slightly smaller, romantic apartment GREY can be booked by a maximum of 2 adult guests. On request, a crib or extra bed can be provided in all 3 apartments. All three apartments have their own character and differ significantly from each other. All three apartments have their own balcony facing the garden and river with balcony furniture, umbrellas and cozy blankets. In the shared laundry room there is a washing machine, household appliances and cleaning supplies. Bicycles, sleds, handcarts, grill station and all garden furnishings are available free of charge to all guests. All apartments are fully equipped with a coffee maker, bed linens, towels and everything you need for a carefree time. The vacation home is very well suited for hikers, peace seekers, nature lovers, cyclists, skiers, groups of friends, couples, but also solo travelers and all those who appreciate relaxation and recreation in almost undisturbed privacy on vacation.
