Bob's House: quiet retreat with shared garden

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Close to shops & Loughborough Uni and only 20 min walk to town center with plenty of restaurants. Strictly no parties and group drinking gathering ! We especially welcome trades man and woman who look for rest in a well equipped easily accessible location after a hard day work Families welcome, games and toys for all ages provided. Gym use is free. The space 3 bedrooms, the smallest one with single bed is close to the upstairs bathroom and boiler so may not be to everyone’s comfort. See pics for house layout. 2 larger bedrooms : one with king size bed and one with double bed. Both with memory foam mattress. Downstairs is living room, dining room , kitchen, conservatory and extra toilet. Outside patio and small pond surrounded by some artificial grass and some real flower beds. Pond blooms lovely with lotus flowers in summer. Keep an eye on small children as there is no fence around the pond. Guest access On street parking or in the driveway available for free. You can reach local shops on foot in a few minutes, the town centre is about 20 -30 min. there are 2 cinemas and a theatre and escape rooms. Thursday and Saturday market is on. Other things to note Sometimes, we have eggs available for free, so ask if interested. There is 5G internet in the house. Sometime the gym is repurposed as classroom and downstairs' toiled closed for a few hours on a day of an indoor event listed on Charnwood foraging page. We can arrange private foraging courses.
