Totally Unique House for rent

Located approximatly 1 mile from downtown Newport, this ia a truly unique and awesome space. Everything in this house is brand new and the place is spotless. Trust me you will love staying here. It’s the perfect spot for two couples. The space The house is just so cool, very modern and stylish. The master bathroom has a tremendous shower, also has an infrared sauna for your enjoyment. As an FYI my home has all the enmities you could need. When you come to my home all you will need is your personal possessions. Guest access I have a nice fenced in yard with a grill and chill area that we share. If you’re hanging out in the yard at night I just ask that you take it inside by 11:00pm. I do have a very cool French Bulldog who also likes to hang out once in awhile. Other things to note We have a three night minimum for holiday weekends and festivals. Sorry but my home is definitely not a party house, no after hours parties. No gatherings without permission. It’s important to me that I respect my neighbors. By Newport statue I am only aloud to have 4 guests staying overnight at my home. Please do not bring/use adult wipes in my toilets. They wreak havoc with my septic system.
