The space The studio offers two comfortable single beds and a nice and practical bunk bed for extra sleeping space. The bathroom comes with a shower and hair dryer. Free toiletries and towels are provided for our guests. The kitchenette has all the necessary appliances to prepare a quick snack or breakfast during your stay. Optional services are available upon request (depending on availability)—for the comfort of those travelling with their little ones, a cot can be arranged for free, while extra cleaning & towels are for an extra cost. The accommodation includes a laundry room on the second floor, available for guests to use. Guest access The entire unit is for your private use. Make yourself at home! Just keep in mind that you are sharing the building with other guests/neighbours, so please respect the quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00 and the no-smoking policy throughout the property. Other things to note *Please kindly note: - This building doesn’t have an elevator - City tax is €3 per person/night, to be paid for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights, and it is applicable for guests aged 13 years and above. Payable upon check-in. - The city government requires a photocopy of all staying guests' ID card or passport, for which we will kindly need your collaboration before arrival.
