One Bedroom Ground Floor Garden Flat

Your family will be close to everything at this centrally located flat. The sea is just 5 minutes away, with the Pier and all the usual amenities within a short walk. Nearest station is East Worthing, 8 minutes. The South Downs and surrounding countryside are just a short drive away. Worthing has plenty to offer all ages, with Brighton within easy reach. West is Littlehampton - river Arun, that runs up to the historic town of Arundel with it's castle, cathedral, tea rooms and antique shops. The space The bedroom has a 5' king sized double zip bed(can unzip to become 2 x 2'6" singles). The sofa bed in the lounge that drops down to a 4'6" double, giving a sleeping arrangement for a further 2 people. If using the sofa as a bed please lift into position and try and avoid dragging it. There is a travel cot, small mattress and z bed available. Not always stored at the flat. There are two tv's. One is a smart tv and one aerial licence type. Guest access There is self check-in at the flat now. If you prefer to be met do let me know in advance. The codes are given once your booking is confirmed. "Here are the instructions for entry. The code for the key safe at the front door is ----. There is only the one key in there, opens front door. Once you open the door replace the key in the safe, you wont need it again." Go along to the flat door(Flat 1). The code for this key safe is ----. Inside are two keys, black front door and green flat door. Keep them with you until departure, then return to safe. The card with the code for the wi-fi is on the table with pens and writing pad. If you use the sofa bed it is best to lift it into position, try and avoid dragging it. You will find bedding in one of the cupboards. Hot water is a combination boiler and the heating is on and set. There is tea and coffee in cupboard next to boiler. There is free street parking for 2hrs outside the flat. The restrictions end at 5pm and start again at 9am. Sundays and Bank Holidays are exempt. Visitors permits can be arranged for the period of your stay. The permit covers Zone M only. I hope you enjoy your stay.
