The backyard has a beautiful pool, outdoor kitchen, and patio furniture. No parties allowed. All listed here are for your use but not for parties. You'll be within minutes of great local dining, microbreweries, and multiple vineyards. Check out Hays City Store (restaurant and bar), Vista Brewing, Salt Lick BBQ and Cellars, Fall Creek Vineyard, Duchman Family Winery and Trattoria, Driftwood Estates Winery, and more. You'll be 20 minutes from one of the best grocery stores in the area that offers a variety of foods including bulk items, organics, and dietary restriction friendly as well as EVO - a movie theater, bowling, arcade, restaurant and bar. There's a lot to do in this area so you won't be bored. The best part is waking up to the beautiful views of the Texas Hill Country. Since this is a 2nd floor apartment you’re above the trees with views in all directions. We love sitting on the porch listening to the sounds of nature. Plus you might get lucky & spot one of the deer, fox or many other animals who frequent our property. *Our place is not set up for toddlers (no child-proofing, etc.) so please no kids. Guest access You have access to the apartment, with private entrance, and all areas inside of it. You also have access to the pool and poolside area. Other things to note Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We have solar panels and recycling to reduce our footprint, a water softener and RO water filter for your comfort & health, plenty of parking space (if parking here, you'll be on the cement driveway).
