Our sunny and private apartment is located on the very edge of Launceston’s CBD. It has stunning views & is a short 2 min walk to City Park, Aquatic Centre, Bars, Cafes & Restaurants & Its worth taking a short stroll through the city park to find a Saturday morning Harvest Market. UTas Stadium, Sea Port & Queen Victoria Museum are a short 15 min walk away and can be seen from the balcony. Kmart Plaza is a 10 min walk & also offers a supermarket, bakery, bottle shop, newsagent, pharmacy & butcher The space Our apartment offers free Wi Fi. Fully equipped kitchen with Dishwasher & basic pantry items including tea, Coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, tomato sauce, milk, butter & spreads there is also a washer & dryer with washing power for you to use also. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes 1st bedroom has 1 queen bed & 2nd bedroom has 1 double bed. Shampoo, conditioner & body wash are also provided. It is recommended that all guests park in the quiet no through road ( with free parking permit supplied ) as the car spots at the front of the apartments are a “first in first served” basis & are not always available. Our apartment is perfect for business trips, couples & families. We also offer a porta cot, high chair & stroller for our younger guests.
