It is close to City Center, Pune airport and Pune Railway and Bus station yet away from the traffic. Located in residential area with a good view of Pune. The building has 2 lifts with one having generator backup. Variety of food is available on Home delivery. Microwave oven is provided for food warming along with the necessary Crockery and Cutlery. Tea/coffee is available in house. Toaster, Electric Kettle, Mini refrigerator is also provided. For long duration guests Induction cooktop and washing machine is provided (guests will have to procure the detergent). Iron and ironing stand is provided for guests convenience. Free WIFI is available. Daily room cleaning service is also provided at an extra cost for long term guests. This place is ideal for Executives and Out of Pune travellers on long term basis. Other things to note 1) We welcome guests who have submitted clear frontal photo of self for AIRBNB verification and which conforms to their govt ID. Enquiries from guests whose verification is not complete or photo not submitted will not be replied till the time the process is complete. 1a) Also please note the person who has booked has to be present at the time of check in. If he cannot remain present and has booked for someone else then he needs to inform us their names and send their IDs by mail 1 day in advance.
