A spacious, sunny, stylish space designed to help you get away from it all. Recently renovated (formerly known as The Bothy) the place is quintessential beach shack meets the luxury comforts of home, a stone’s throw from one of the best beaches in Australia. Sandy Point is not something you can explain in a description, it has to be experienced. A perfect getaway for one or two families or a group of friends. Towels and linen provided. The space Large glass doors open from the decking into the spacious and sunlit lounge/family room that has two seperate living areas. One is perfect for a cup of wine or tea around a beautiful fire place and the other has a big screen TV perfect for a movie night for the kids or family. There are three bedrooms in total. Two of the rooms have queen size beds and custom built in robes.The third room has two trundle beds plus a futon. With the trundle beds the house perfectly suits 2 families (4 adults and 4 kids). There are two bathrooms with showers and one full sized bath. There is also an outside hot water shower perfect for when you get back from the beach. There is split air conditioning in the living room only. The bedrooms all have fans. Other things to note Unfortunately we are unable to allow pets.
