I am renting an apartment / house in the most beautiful part of Belgrade on Banovo brdo. The facility is located on the edge of a large park, near the forest Kosutnjak and Ada Ciganlija. The distance from the city center is 7 km by air, and in the immediate vicinity there is a bus and tram stop with a large number of direct lines to almost all parts of the city. Not a party house. Great relaxing place. No extra guests allowed. The space The house is 60m2 from the entrance hall leading to a connected living room (with sofa bed) and kitchen from which you can further enter one of the 2 bedrooms or bathroom. The capacity of the beds is 6 (announce how many beds will be needed, so that the host can prepare them). The house was built in 2015 and is an energy efficient and ECO friendly building. It is located in the yard behind the main house where the landlords live, so it is nicely tucked away and allows for peace and quiet. Possibility to use the yard. Pets allowed (smaller) at the request of the landlord. Parking space provided in the yard. The house has its own internet and TV. Minimum rental 2 nights. Other things to note Not a party house. Check in 14h, Check out 10h (it is possible to stay longer or check in earlier with previous arrangement with the host) We can wait for you on airport and drive to sightseeing (must be announced and it will be extra charged) We can organize traditional Serbian breakfast for you (must be announced and it will be extra charged)
