Villa Kamal is a brand new property located in Umalas. The high ceilings and many windows give a spacious feel. The mix of concrete with wood creates a clean and cozy ambiance. We have 2 large bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, kitchen, large private pool, fast internet and private parking for scooters and car. The lush garden has 2 traditional wooden houses converted into bedrooms. Our staff is ready to welcome you and give you the best Bali experience. The space The bedrooms with king-sized beds are equipped with air-conditioning and have ensuite bathrooms. The living room has a large dining table that fits 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, a small oven, and an airfryer. The villa has a private pool with sunloungers and a large garden. Guest access All of the facilities in the property are yours during your stay. When you book the villa for 4 guests you only have access to the main building, more than 4 guests you will also have access to the joglos. Other things to note There is construction next door on the doorstep from 8 AM - 5 PM. It is hard to say if there will be noise during your stay. Due to the possible daytime noise we are offering reduced rates. If it is too noisy for you during your stay, you can cancel your stay, and we will refund the nights you have not been staying. - The walk-in closet upstairs is locked at the moment, so there is only 1 walk-in closet in the bedroom downstairs. - The staff is taking care of Nala, a street dog that has been rescued. The dog is very friendly and will stay in the parking area. - The parking area cannot be locked as there is a music studio that artists use for recording music. Please adhere to the booking rules. The villa cannot be occupied by more guests than booked. Host approval is required for professional photography and additional terms may apply. Friendly note To comply with Indonesian government regulations, guests are required to complete and sign a short check-in form upon arrival and may be asked to present a valid ID. The form also includes house rules and the property's terms and conditions. By confirming your booking, you agree to this process during your stay.
