This great and cozy apartment of 64m2 is located in the center of Granada, in an only pedestrian street, just 15 minutes walk from the beautiful Alhambra. You can enjoy our wonderful city with walking tours, as less than 30 minutes from the apartment you will find the Cathedral of Granada, the Nasrid Palaces, Generalife or the Palace of Charles V. You cannot drive to the house but you can park in one of the nearby parking lots. The space As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces: - a living room area with sofa, dining table and TV set - the kitchen, open to the living room, equipped with modern appliances (there is no oven) - a bedroom with a double bed, 135x190 - a bedroom with 2 single beds, 90x190 - a bathroom with shower In a building without elevator, the apartment is located on the 2nd floor. Also, please note that to get to the building you have to walk up a small slope with low stairs for about 20 meters. It is a warm and cozy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Towels, bed linen and hand soap are included. The property has 2 radiators in each bedroom for heating as well as an air conditioning machine with cold/hot air pump in the living room. If you come by car, we recommend leaving the car in the Parking Puerta Real, 10 minutes walk from the house (with the possibility of daily voucher for 12 € / day). We have WiFi! Other things to note Parties are not allowed.
