It has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and 6 balconies that bring brightness to the space. The space Apartment located on a third floor, it has an elevator, although it is between floors, to access it, you have to go down from the elevator about 5 steps. Upon entering the apartment, you can find an open dining room with 3 Spanish balconies overlooking Plaza de Chueca. The area is equipped with a 3-seater sofa that is also a bed. The dining room table accommodates 6 guests. The kitchen is equipped with all amenities. It has two bedrooms with a double bed and two bathrooms. One of the rooms has an en-suite bathroom. The other bathroom is right in front of the room, so it gives guests total privacy and the possibility of having a bathroom per room. Both bathrooms are complete. Guest access -Extra cleaning is available if you wish (additional cost). Please check with our team. -A crib and high chair are available (additional cost per stay). Ask our team. -If you want to store your luggage after the end of your stay, ask our team about the Lockers service. *The apartment is located in a residential building, with a shared entrance door to the building with the other neighbors. The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. Other things to note *Late check-ins have a special fee and are paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment. *Two sets of keys are provided. *Upon arrival, we will request each guest's passport or identity card. *We appreciate you taking care of the environment and turning off the lights and A/C when leaving the apartment. *If you want to use the sofa bed, please note that there is an additional cost. It includes the sofa bed linen and that it is ready for your arrival. -Check-in after 8:00 PM costs 30 euros. -Check-in after 11 pm has a cost of 50 euros. -Check-outs are at 11:00 AM.
