Nestled in a quiet court, this little cottage is bright and spacious with a fresh vibe giving you and your friends, family and pets, a little bit of country yet only walking distance to town. Double glazed windows and split system for heat and cooling will provide comfort all year round. Screens on all windows and security screen doors, so you can let the fresh air in with peace of mind. Pets are welcome (re house rules for pets - fees apply) add to your booking & read conditions in house rules The space Only 2 km from the dining precinct of Faithfull Street, with private and secure off street parking, this bright and stylish home has three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with bunk beds, a single bed (and a trundle bed if required). Infants welcome of course and stay for free, but you will need to provide your own cot and bedding etc. Pets are welcome also (fee applies) add to your booking & read conditions in house rules. Spacious lounge with leather suite, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bench, stools and an extra large dining table. Cupboard laundry fully equipped with washer, iron and ironing board, washing basket, pegs and clothes-line for those longer stays. Large bath with overhead shower (non slip mat provided). Split system heating and cooling, double glazed windows for added insulation and blockout blinds to lounge and all bedrooms. We have also provided the following to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Natural shampoo, conditioner, body wash. A deep corner bath for total relaxation. TV and DVD player along with a large selection of DVD's. WIFI and Chromecast so you can stream your favourite movies or series (using your own personal streaming apps) Cleanliness has always been top of mind for our guests, but it has become more important than ever, which is why we follow the recommended higher standards for enhanced cleaning protocol. We not only clean, we sanitise. Please note that pets stay here too, and every effort goes into ensuring our home is clean and has no remaining signs of past pet stays. However, if you are allergic to pets or have any antipathy towards pets, our home may not be suitable for you. Guest access Parking in the CBD of Wangaratta is generally metered, free parking is available at supermarkets, time limits apply. Shops, supermarket and some restaurants are close by and only a short walk. A slightly longer walk will take you into the main street with retail shopping, cafes restaurants etc. Other things to note Infants of course are welcome and stay for free (for hygiene and safety reasons we do not provide any items for infants ie no bedding, highchair, cots etc but please feel free to bring your own). If your infant requires a bed, please add to your booking as a child. Otherwise, no bed or bedding will be provided. Please dispose of nappies thoughtfully. We do not have childsafe locks on cupboards or drawers, and some areas may pose risks. Pets are welcome too - see house rules for pets (fees apply) and contact us for consent, fee details, and any further information. Failure to notify or adhere to conditions in house rules for pets will result in extra cleaning fees in addition to the pet fee.
