Nice family home in beautiful Newberry a Gainesville bedroom community. 15 Minutes to football stadium and downtown Gainesville. Room is a private study with private bathroom, Smart TV, desk, and WIFI. Kitchen is available with all the amenities. The space Room is a private study for a single adult or a couple. Comfortable sofa bed, private bath, shared kitchen and back porch. During your stay I will be I an out of house and won’t infringe on your privacy, but am quite willing to interact with you if you desire.
