Private, small bedroom with Queen and Twin, sectioned off from rarely active office cottage with limited, partial kitchen-facilities, bathroom, private entrance. No other people. Charming, safe with basic amenities. Perfect for quiet country stay without interference. Quaint country style, room divider sections off private entrance. Room rarely used for other activities. Kitchen also used as library and sitting room in past; equipped with refrigerator, sink, water heater, dishes and cutlery, toaster, pop-corn machine, etc.. We are completely away, but safely close for any and all needs. Tourist entertainment (incl. wine-tasting) 5 minutes away in all directions. Santa Barbara 30 min., Los Angeles 2 1/2 hours, San Francisco 5 hours. (This is past Ronald Reagan and Michael Jackson country!) Public transportation 5 min.'s walk around corner. Parking free on site for several cars. Other venue close-by but also completely separate. 2 WiFi networks, but rural and not completely reliable. Cafes w/Wifi about 5 minutes away. Cable TV not supplied in this area, but about 10 - 12 channels available.
