Seascape Suite on Alki Beach

*This guest suite is on the 3rd floor. Guests will need to climb 2 flights of stairs. Street parking will be tight over summer weekends*. Your private Seascape Suite is located in our townhouse one block from Alki Beach. You will be steps away from the sandy beach, coffee shops, restaurants, and beach rentals. The residential street we are located at is nice and clean. We provide a mobile AC unit in the summer months for your comfort. *Street parking only* The space *This townhouse has three guest suites. Please expect to share the kitchen space with other guests.* Your private suite includes a bedroom and an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, a nightstand, a small desk & chair, a luggage bench, and a full closet. The bathroom has a bathtub, fresh shampoo/body wash/towels, a hair blow dryer. The kitchen is shares with other guests and is located on the 2nd floor with complimentary coffee and tea. Guest access Parking: There is NO designated parking space and you will use street parking. Parking space will be very tight during summer weekends when the beach is popular. We recommend to use public transportation/Uber/Lyft as much as possible in the summer. To downtown Seattle: 15 min drive if no traffic. Bus C Line goes to downtown and guests need to take Bus line 50 to transfer to C Line. Water Taxi: The water taxi on Harbor Ave SW is a quick 15 min ride to downtown. Our place is 2 miles from the water taxi. There is a free shuttle Route 775 running between Alki Beach and the water taxi. You can find the water taxi and the shuttle schedules on the King County Metro website. Lime bikes/scooters: There are plenty of Lime/Uber bikes and scooters along the beach everywhere. You need to install the app and link to your credit card in order to rent them. Other things to note Check in instruction will be sent to guest via the Airbnb app one day before check in time. Noise: Our street is usually very quiet. But please expect beach noise (engine, music) and neighborhood noise (BBQ parties) in the summer weekends. They usually quiet down by 10, 11pm. Registration Details STR-OPLI-21-000317
