After 7.00pm, there is extra charge of RM 150.00 per hour. Latest check out time = 11.30pm on same date of booking. We do not allow overnight stay for the time being for new customers. But for return customer, we will consider overnight stay. Special note 4 : Stationaries are not included. Special note 5 : Toilets is located one floor below. Special note 6 : Special carpet in listing pictures are not included. Guest access 1. Guests can use the whole upper office for their activities. 2. There will be a staff in the bottom office during work hours (9.30am to 6.30pm) 3. Toilet is in the same building. Just one flight of stairs below (you do not need to go out of the building for the toilet) Other things to note It is important that guests know that this is not meant to be an overnight accommodation, we only allow return guests to stay overnight. For new guests, we DO NOT allow overnight stay.
