Lovingly, cozily & fully air-conditioned furnished apartment on the ground floor in a rural location. (Nevertheless, the highway is close. It is 5 minutes by car to the A38.) The city center of Heiligenstadt can also be reached in 5 minutes by car (or 30 minutes on foot via bicycle or rural paths). Cyclists will get their money's worth on the Leine-Heide cycle path, as it is about 800 m away. To escape the stress of everyday life and recharge your batteries, our surroundings are wonderful :) The space The high-quality renovated, fully air-conditioned, cozy apartment is located in the small village of Rengelrode, about 4 km away from Heilbad Heiligenstadt and 30 km away from Göttingen. The top equipped, fully air-conditioned apartment on the ground floor offers 60m2 a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (180x200m) and a spacious wardrobe. (Electrically adjustable slatted frames, as well as exterior and interior blinds.) The kitchen (with access to the garden) and dining area directly by the window, overlooking our swimming pond and the forest, also has a TV and a coffee machine. It offers the opportunity to cook and sit together. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, 1 sink and a toilet. The living room has a fireplace that can be used - by arrangement - (wood is available and the fireplace is heated by us), a leather sofa with a relaxing function, an additional dining area that could be converted into a sleeping area for two more people. There is a fiber optic cable with a very good Wi-Fi connection. Parking is sufficiently available in front of and behind the house. Our garden has a floor-to-ceiling trampoline, a swimming pond and a separate dining & seating area with a Hollywood swing for guests. Right behind it is the sports field and the forest. We look forward to business travelers, vacationers, solo travelers, couples & families. Guest access From Rengelrode, cycling, mountain biking or hiking tours can be started. Likewise, shopping or sightseeing tours can be undertaken as desired in e.g. Heilbad Heiligenstadt, Göttingen, Duderstadt. There is also a bus connection to Heilbad Heiligenstadt and there is a train station. Other things to note We have designated our swimming pond as a pool. It has a swimming zone of about 8 x 10 m and is 2 m deep. It is a natural pond and not suitable for small children without supervision! It is accessible to all guests, but is also used privately. Swimming under the age of 12 - Not allowed without supervision. Use at your own risk at all times ⚠️! For a relaxed start, we provide a roll of toilet paper, Zewa, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tabs. Please bring your own consumables according to your own needs.
