The house is one of three apartments that we have built inside the ancient Tobacco Dryer, recently restored. The Siccatoio is inside the Masseria Specchiulla, behind the central body. The house can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and is independent, although adjacent to the other two, and is very quiet and reserved, with its own outdoor space for exclusive use and separate from the adjacent house. Each house is about 45 square meters, and is composed of ground floor and mezzanine. On the mezzanine floor there is the king size bed (180x200 cm) and the closet (very large and deep). On the ground floor there is the living room with fully equipped open kitchen (electric oven, electric oven, washing machine, microwave, induction stove, dishes and pots, etc.), bathroom with shower and two sinks with shower and two sinks on a travertine shelf.
