In an ancient Salento Masseria in Otranto, the Masseria Specchiulla, immersed in the Mediterranean maquis facing the sea, we have recovered the Old Tobacco Dryer and created three comfortable independent houses, with garden and air conditioning. The house is one of the three apartments we have built inside the old tobacco dryer, which has recently been restored. The Dryer is inside the Masseria Specchiulla, behind the central body. The house can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and is independent, although adjacent to the other two, and is very quiet and reserved, with its own outdoor space for exclusive use and separate from the adjacent house. Each house is about 45 square meters, and consists of a ground floor and a loft. On the mezzanine floor there is the king size bed (180x200 cm) and the wardrobe (very large and deep). On the ground floor there is the living room with a fully equipped open kitchen (electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, dishes and pots, etc.), the bathroom with shower and two sinks on a travertine shelf. Also on the ground floor is the living area with a table and chairs and two sommier beds (90x200 cm). The refrigerator is large and the TV is 45". The house has air conditioning and mosquito nets. The large outdoor area has a pergola, facing west, with a table and chairs, and an outdoor shower (hot and cold water). Guest access You need a car to get to us and to get around. Cars can be parked inside the Masseria. Other things to note The Masseria Specchiulla is on the Adriatic coast of Salento, very close to the Alimini Lakes, Sant'Andrea and Torre dell'Orso. It is a quiet place surrounded by nature, from which you can reach the beach on foot, forgetting the car, or easily reach the most beautiful beaches in the surroundings and, of course, the magnificent Otranto, which is only 10 km away.
