Middle Cottage is a beautiful picturesque property at the top of Totnes town. It is a very short walk around the corner to the high street of individual shops and cafes. Middle Cottage is a wonderful property steeped in history and full of quirky features to whet the appetite. This spacious cottage offers lovely accommodation for 6 and comes compete with two parking spaces. Accommodation: Living room/dining area: An open plan spacious area on two levels. The space The lower level is for relaxed living with 2 sofas, chair, gas woodburning stove, flat screen TV, DVD player and a selections of DVD’s. The raised level is the dining area with circular table and chairs, leading in to the kitchen. Kitchen: Galley, cottage style, all base level cabinets. Washing machine, dishwasher, integrated cooker and grill, electric 4 ring hob, fridge with ice box freezer compartment, microwave, toaster and kettle. Bedrooms Master bedroom: Built in wardrobes, wall mounted full length mirror, chair, vintage chest of drawers, two bedside tables and lamps, selection of books, window seat with cushions. Ensuite shower bathroom. Bedroom 2: Single beds, bedside tables, lamp, full length wall mounted mirror, built in wardrobe storing  iron and ironing board. Bedroom 3: Single bed with slide out single bed underneath, wall mounted mirror, chest of drawers with a lamp. Bathrooms: Two bathrooms, the first bathroom is the en-suite attached to the master bedroom with a shower, WC, hand basin with a mirror and built in shelving and shaving charger point, heated shower rail. Family bathroom: Bath with shower over, hand basin with mirror over, touch light, storage and shaver point, WC and heated shower rail. Parking: Two car parking spaces suit small to medium sized cars. The first car parking space is next to the front door of Middle Cottage and the second car directly behind. Facilities and services: WiFi connection available. Will allow one pet. Bed linen and towels provided. (Beach towels not provided.)  Arr/Dep. For weekly bookings is Friday. Short breaks available in low and mid season, minimum 3 nights. Open fire/woodburner. Parking. Shop nearby, pub nearby. No smoking. 7 miles from the coast. This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay. Pets information: Pets are allowed at this property by prior arrangement only. Extra charge may be payable (up to £30 per pet per week).
