Urban Nest 1 – Cozy Living in the City Center

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. You are in the middle of Leibnitz and can easily walk to everything. Whether shopping, food, train station and Co. ... the sweet little apartment is my heart into which I have put a lot of love... you can look forward to a cozy stay. The space ... around 35 m² of tranquility in the small, fine, fully air-conditioned attic apartment and also city flair await you at my apartment! Just for extra info ...It is an old building and up there is an old somewhat steep wooden staircase with handrail. Guest access The entrance to the apartment is located in the courtyard of the building with the turquoise color where Orthopädie Beczkei is written on it. The main entrance door is opposite the mailbox in the courtyard. There, the stairs go up to the 2nd floor where the apartment is located. Other things to note The local city tax of 2.50 euros per night is included in the room price! Non-smoking and animal-free apartment!!! Arrival with a small child is also possible. If you have additional needs, please ask in advance! The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is equipped as a small fine attic apartment with fixed air conditioning and fan if it should be too warm in the summer. The apartment is located in a large old townhouse in the middle of Leibnitz. And as an additional piece of information, on the ground floor and partly on the 1st floor there is an orthopedic clinic that is in operation during the week and also employees use the stairs up to the lounge area on the 1st floor.
