Location is prime with an abundance of options ranging from National & State Parks to local cultural Museums, the iconic Route 66 or the artistic Alpine flare in and around Flagstaff. Cottage is comfortably furnished, equipped kitchen with place settings for four. Microwave, singal cup coffee maker. Full size refrigerator w/freezer, stove. The views looking out to an open meadow and the San Francisco Peaks inviting you hike and enjoy the surrounding areas time after time. Guest access Guest have off street parking available beside carport, with private walk to entrance. Parking has dust to dawn lighting w/motion flood light activation. Property monitored with surveillance video cameras. A four digit number code from you is required for entry. Guest have a full kitchen equipped with basic necessities, full size appliances, microwave, place settings, basic pots & pans and limited spices. We also offer a laundry closet. Equipped with iron and ironing board. TV, WI-FI, internet connection Full bath w/shower & dispenser for basic essentials, (body wash, shampoo, conditioner). Cabinet in bath has hand towels and wash cloths, a hair dryer. Master Bedroom w/walk-in closet and door leading to outside porch and small back yard with enjoyable views. Other things to note The cottage is not equipped with air conditioning. There are ceiling fans in the main rooms. Operated with remote controls. TV is connected with a VHF antenna, providing local channels. There is a wood stove, thermostat controlled space heater for cool mountain evenings. We try to think about and provide the basics, water in the frig for hydration, coffee for the K-cup, sugar, creamer, paper items, etc… There is also the convenience of a strip mall with a great local grocery store (Basha's), sports bar, a restaurant or two.
