The space NOTE: There is currently construction of a new home in the neighboring lot. You can expect some level of noise from this, and our discounted pricing for this is reflected in the amount shown for the dates you are searching. ***Please inquire about special pricing for longer stays, or different months of the year.*** This oceanfront home is spacious, comfortable, has private beach access and amazing views. With 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, it is perfect for large groups or families. The beach is just past the last public access, and the only thing further south is Canaveral National Seashore. So it is not as crowded, plenty of room to yourselves, very private and peaceful. This would be a great spot for families looking to make unforgettable beach memories, snowbirds to come and enjoy an incredibly peaceful stay, or for professionals looking for an escape where they can work from home and enjoy beach living for a while. Relax on the huge open deck and watch the dolphins in the ocean, enjoy a drink listening to the waves crash, take a three minute walk around the corner to enjoy a delicious meal at JB's Fish Camp, lay out on the loungers at night and watch the sea of stars...the possibilities are endless! We offer beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc for your use if needed. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to prepare meals, large or small, whatever you need! There is even an outdoor shower with HOT WATER to rinse off after soaking up some beach time! A NOTE FOR LARGER GROUPS: We can only accommodate 3 vehicles on site MAX. Guest access You will have access to the whole house WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE GARAGE. There is a full size washer and dryer for your use. This is a residential neighborhood, only a few other houses on the street. So it is important that our guests are respectful of the home and neighbors. No parties, parking in neighbors yard or driveways, loud noises out on the deck at night. Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
